A farmer from Sunheda village named Vijay Singh informed the reporters that he used to work in Delhi after receiving his MBA. where he was previously paid an annual compensation package of Rs 6 lakh. However, he decided to take a different approach after seeing others suffer from health issues and realizing how bad his health was. He traveled to his hometown and began producing sugarcane organically. He now makes jaggery from sugarcane and offers it for sale in the marketplace. People gain from improved health as well as a healthy profit from this job as a result. The jaggery company has also brought happiness to the family.

According to farmer Vijay, he uses ten bighas of organic sugarcane to produce jaggery, which is then processed in a small mill that is situated in his field. At a reasonable price, sugarcane jaggery may be readily found on the market. The market price range for jaggery is between Rs 100 and Rs 200 per kilogram. According to farmer Vijay Singh, the growing of sugarcane generates roughly 8 lakhs in revenue each year.
How is jaggery made?
According to farmer Vijay, sugarcane is harvested from the field and transported to a small sugarcane mill. where sugarcane is crushed and heated gradually in a furnace to produce jaggery. There are no chemicals of any type in this jaggery. Dry fruits, peanuts, sesame seeds, and other ingredients are added to prepared jaggery syrup. From this, many kinds of jaggery are made. People of all ages like the distinct flavor of this jaggery.
