The field is initially plowed in order to cultivate it. The land is then leveled, and gourd and bitter gourd seeds are planted two to three feet apart. The tree is watered once it has grown somewhat. The whole field is then used to make a stretcher out of bamboo, wire, and thread. The stretcher is used to hold the plant. This produces a considerable amount of gourd and bitter gourd. There is also a lower chance of illness. Simultaneously, the crop begins to emerge within a few 1.5 to 2 months after seeding.
