For the last ten years, Mahesh Kumar, a native of Matua village in Barish Nagar, Samastipur, has been growing flowers. Additionally, he said that if a flower market is set up in Samastipur district, his issues would be much lessened, even though he sometimes needs to go to neighbouring districts to sell flowers.
Up to two lakhs in profit in four months
Mahesh Kumar claims that farming is a reliable source of income for him. According to him, flower gardening is a lucrative industry that may achieve great success with diligence and careful planning. He claimed to make up to two lakh rupees in profit throughout this four-month period. This profit is sufficient to meet his needs even after subtracting the costs.
According to Mahesh Kumar, he presently has one kid enrolled in a private school in his city and has seen him through his schooling to matriculation thanks to flower cultivation. His kid is now attending a government school to further his education. We must operate in accordance with the children’s interests, he stated. I arranged for the youngster to be accepted to a government school if that was his preference.
