Brinjal cultivation: After lockdown, no job was found, so started cultivating this vegetable, now printing notes
Brinjal cultivation: After Corona arrived in Chhapra, many residents lost their jobs; hundreds of individuals were left jobless, although employment was required to support the family. In light of this, a lot of individuals established their own businesses in Bihar itself and created a revenue stream. However, many who were unable to find work tried their hand at farming, which is a successful industry in which they are making good money.
Uday Singh, who lived in the Madhaura block’s Pozhi Bhuwalpur hamlet, was employed in Hyderabad as an electrician. He used to make ₹35,000 a month there, but after the lockdown, when he had no job, he returned home and started making a good living from growing vegetables. Through farming, he is teaching his kids.
After losing his work, he tried farming.
In front of farmers, Uday Singh informed the reporters, all occupations fail. Even jobs collapse in front of vegetable cultivation if it is done well. If you grow veggies properly, you can make a ton of money.
He claims to have grown 704 different types of brinjal
I sell one quintal per day and cultivate it in only five kattha. In Gaddi, the current price per kilogram is ₹ 20. According to him, Nilgai consumes the fruit everyday, but anybody may make a respectable living by picking and selling 1.5 to 2 quintals of fruit every day. He said that I am extremely happy farming and that I make over 35,000 dollars a year remaining at home. He said that despite losing my work during Corona, I didn’t worry and took my hand at farming, which I’ve been successful at. I shall no longer go to another state in search of employment.
