The Shramdan Pension Plan of Jharkhand
The state’s Department of Labor, Employment, Training, and Skill Development launched this Jharkhand program. Jharkhand residents would get a monthly pension of Rs 1,000 under this plan. Those who have made contributions to the Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board for a minimum of 30 years will be eligible to receive this pension. The applicant for this program must be a Jharkhand resident. Additionally, the age range should be 18–60 years old. However, in order to be eligible for a pension, the employee must be at least 60 years old.
