How to get benefit from Ayushman Card, know how to apply

Ayushman Card: Under the Central Government’s Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Scheme, there has been a significant development. Who stands to gain from this plan?

According to official government statistics, by June 30, 2024, the total number of Ayushman cards created under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana had surpassed 34.7 crores. 7.37 million sick patients with a maximum hospitalization cost of Rs 1 lakh crore were authorized for care during this time.

All other elderly individuals who are 70 years of age or older would get coverage under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana of up to Rs 5 lakh annually on a household basis. Senior people who are 70 years of age or more and who are members of families that now have insurance will also get extra top-up coverage worth up to Rs 5 lakh annually. You may still get Rs 5 lakh yearly under the new Ayushman Yojana card even if you have private health insurance or other health insurance.

What is the aim of the government?

How does the Ayushman Bharat Yojana apply?

How many family members will get the benefit?
