RSETI Koilwar offers free residential training to jobless youngsters in the Ara area between the ages of 18 and 45 who are considering starting a fish farming company. The Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, offers a 10-day free fish farming course at the Rural Self Employment Training Institute, or RSETI, at Ara.
PNB RSETI offers free training.
PNB RSETI, situated in Koilwar, offers a variety of free training programs to women and adolescents aged 18 to 45. This also includes fish aquaculture. The adolescent must first register in order to get instruction from RSETI. Registration requires four passport-sized pictures, an Aadhar card, a PAN card, a ration card, and a BPL card. In training, emphasis is given to BPL holders. The adolescents at RSETI are also given free food, clothes, and housing in addition to free instruction.
Beginning on January 2, fish aquaculture will be offered.

Candidates who have five photos, an Aadhar card, a ration card, an eighth-grade diploma, and a home address may apply at PNB RSETI Coilwar. Candidates will be enrolled by the institution in order of first come, first served. Beginning on January 2 and ending on January 12, the training batch will begin. Accommodations and meals will be provided throughout the course at no cost.
