Lado Lakshmi Scheme: The government takes many steps to make women financially independent and self-reliant. In this episode, the Haryana government has also started a new effort to empower the women of the state. This initiative of the state government is beneficial for those women who are facing financial crises and are not able to bear the expenses of their families. Some girls do not even have money for their studies.

Keeping all these issues in mind, the Haryana government intends to start ‘Lado Laxmi Yojana’ for the women of the state. Under this scheme, Rs 2100 will be deposited in the account every month. Tell us about this initiative of the Haryana government.

These women will get benefits from ‘Lado Laxmi Yojana.’

The Haryana government had said in the Haryana Budget 2025 that a budget of Rs 5000 crore has been set aside for the women of the state and soon this amount will be deposited in their accounts. However, till now, no woman of the state has gotten the benefit of this government facility. The Haryana government claims that it will provide the ‘Lado Laxmi Yojana’ to women who fall below the poverty line based on the information received. This means that their family should earn around Rs 3 lakh annually. Apart from this, families with BPL cards will also get this facility.

Eligibility for the program

  1. Women should have a house in Haryana.
  2. Women should be between the ages of 18 and 59.
  3. The annual income of a family can be up to Rs 3 lakh.
  4. The woman must have a BPL category ration card.
  5. First of all, the woman must have her own bank account.
  6. Woman’s Aadhaar card

Do this work for the full amount of the scheme

The government has not yet released any formal information about the eligibility of “Lado Laxmi Yojana.” For example, on their Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) or PPP update, women from BPL category families should link the ID of their female family member to Aadhaar. Connect your Aadhaar and bank account.
