CM Home Purchase Scheme: Nitish government started this scheme for those who buy land
CM Home Purchase Scheme: Every district will begin the Mukhyamantri Grih Purchase Site Scheme. All of the District Magistrates have received a letter from the Revenue and Land Reforms Department informing them of this. For this strategy to begin right away, they have been requested to create an action plan.
In addition, after the beneficiaries have been chosen, they have been requested to submit a request for funding. The request will determine how the money is distributed.
The government would provide the landless Rs 1 lakh to purchase land, it was said. This will enable them to purchase three to four decimals of land and construct a home.
The Revenue Department will verify if the recipients really bought the property after paying the sum. The Bihar Grihasthal Scheme for the Landless has previously implemented the Raiti Land 2011 Purchase Policy.
The plan was revealed last month.
This allowed for the purchase and distribution of five decimals of Raiti land to the recipients in the event that government land was unavailable.
The evaluation of this plan revealed several practical issues. Subsequently, the Grihasthal Purchase Scheme 2024 was initiated by the Chief Minister. Just last month was it revealed.
According to the Revenue and Land Reforms Department’s Additional Chief Secretary, the Raiti Land Purchase Policy 2011 and all previous decisions and directives pertaining to it would be deemed nullified.
The Grihasthal plan now calls for further work to be done. He has requested that each collector launch this program in their region as soon as possible. According to others, this gives the pre-selected landless recipients preference.
