According to the agricultural expert, growing it may bring in up to three lakhs for farmers. But growing it also comes at a tremendous cost. It costs farmers between 2 and 2.5 lakhs per acre to grow, with a single plant costing 10 rupees. However, growing it also yields high profits for farmers.
